Make a good concrete foundation before build the padel courts:
concrete foundation size of 1 set court are as shown below photo. The thickness of the concrete foundation is 15 cm or 20 cm. At the same time, lay out the LED light wires. Let a professional electrician install it. Ensure safety.
The surface of the court should be higher than the surrounding ground to allow for drainage.

Step 1: Install the metal frame and be sure to fix all the screws. Ensure that the overall metal frame is firm and safe.
When Assembly the metal frame for paddle tennis court, install the lamp poles and LED lights at same time. It is recommended that the electrical cables pass through the inside of the steel pipe, which is safe and will not be exposed to rain.
First: install the 4 sets corner columns, then install the lower beams, then install the upper beams, must tighten all screws to ensure that the entire metal frame is firm and safe.

Step 2: After ensuring that the metal frame is firm and safe, fix and tighten all the screws on metral frame. then start installing the glass，this is most important !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Befor you install the glass, remember, this EVA tape must put in the middle of glass and steel tupe, in order to protect glass
you must be remembered: when tightening the screws in the glass holes, do not use too much force, otherwise the glass will crack !!!!!!!!!!!
Put the plastic bowl into glass hole before put screws, in order to protect glass
Must put the soft plastic pad between the glass and L steel links. protect the glass.
Must put the Blue rubber pad under glass, it can protect glass.
Install the Glass need 6 workers.
Step 3: Install artificial grass for padel tennis court, first check if the concrete base ground is flat and level. Clean the dust on the ground and keep dry.
Install according to the above padel turf drawings. Glue needs to be put between the grass and the ground. Use special glue for artificial grass. 1 set padel court requires 4-6 buckets of glue. Each bucket is 10 kgs.
1. Put glue between the two pieces of artificial grass, as shown in the picture below. Also put white seam woven cloth.
Step 4: Lay white quartz sand.
1 set court requires about 1500 kgs of quartz sand, white, 80-100 mesh, as shown below：
